3-month sacred Journeying

Over the course of three months, we will focus on sacred Self-love and a deep understanding of your path here on Earth. My purpose is to provide you with guidance and support as you journey towards creating a life filled with the enchantment of Self-realization, new narratives, daily tools, and spiritual connection, where every aspect of your being and existence is imbued with a profound sense of self-trust, acceptance, wonder, and magic.

During our sessions of intuitive counseling, we will concentrate on creating a nurturing environment for enhancing both your inner and outer well-being. This involves the development of personalized self-care practices and the encouragement of personal growth. Together, we will explore the journey towards unlocking your full potential. Neurological Reprogramming is a hypnosis therapy practice that is used to support one’s belief system and traumas to allow for the restoration of the deep subconscious mind. Neurological reprogramming restores the mind, body, emotional response, and cellular structure, which creates new uplifting energetic pathways within the overall well-being.

Hands-on Energy Work

Reiki hands-on energy work is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Flower Essence Therapy

Flower essences are vibrational remedies made from the flowering part of the plant, which uniquely addresses the emotional and mental aspects of wellness.

EFT tapping

The emotional Freedom Technique targets meridian points to restore energy balance and relieve symptoms caused by negative experiences or emotions. Based on Chinese medicine, meridian points are areas where energy flows through the body to maintain health. EFT uses fingertip tapping to stimulate these points while versing affirmations and speaking out load different scripts. It also processes emotions and reduces stress, ultimately restoring balance to disrupted energy.
